Implementing Superstacks’ Managed Services allows you to delegate the routine management and administration of your website to our trained professionals. Not only do we offer proactive server monitoring, but we also provide advanced security services, system administration solutions and disaster recovery procedures. These Managed Services provide you with a comprehensive, customized website solution that allows you to focus on core business objectives rather than the day-to-day administration of your website.

Managed Services requires a 1-3 year contract.

Website Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance is often needed to keep a website current with technology and up to date. It is highly important to maintain a healthy relationship with the development company that built your website in case updates are needed. A website may come with manuals and web based administration control panels so updates can be maintained by client. However, creating these solutions are extremely expensive and may cause Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 of the development to lengthen extensively in time.  Usually a monthly fee used to guarantee maintenance is more feasible for the client to maintain the effectiveness of the project.

Security
Superstacks.com utilizes multiple forms of security to ensure the integrity of your website. Allowing trained professionals to maintain and update security measures ensures that the confidence of your clients and customers will remain high. The yearly cost of your SSL certificates would be included. This does not include Wildcard SSLs.

Monitoring and Reporting
Superstacks.com Monitoring and Reporting provide a complete evaluation of your server’s performance. Poor server performance may lead to poor website performance. We will monitor every aspect of your website to be sure that quality does not diminish.

Backup and Recovery
The two main elements of disaster recovery include fault tolerance and data recovery. A good combination of both is recommended. We can provide server clustering, hardware raid, redundant power supplies, and server backups.

Hosting Support
Superstacks.com offers you multiple portals for support. Our support team is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by knowledgeable technicians.

Email Services
Managing your email server would include:
Creating and deleting accounts for your employees as well as maintaining your security and data integrity as information passes between your website and your email accounts.

** Setup fees are not an extra charge. The setup fee consist of your first two months payments, the remainder of the year is prorated across 12 months. This only applies to your first year of services.
For example:
For your first year of service with a Bronze package. You would pay $2000.00 setup fee and $833.33 per month. For your remaining years of service you would pay no setup fee and $1000.00 per month.
